Mohamad is the Customer Experience and Marketing Manager of the Arab society at Clalit Health Services since 2019. In his role, he is responsible for quality, accessibility, and tailoring services to customer needs, all while learning and considering key trends in Arab society. He is also responsible for establishing a specific marketing strategy and implementing it to maintain overall market share and a positive reputation.
