About
I'm an impact entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience crafting impactful employment strategies to empower underrepresented communities, particularly within the tech sector.
I live in the north district of Israel and my passion for empowering underrepresented communities led me to pursue a career in this field after graduating with a BA in Statistics. While working as a Mathematics teacher, I became intrigued by a governmental project aimed at facilitating access to employment and education for minorities in Israel. This experience motivated me to join the Milken Institute as a policy researcher at the Israeli employment service, where I gained skills in research, data analysis, and community development initiatives.
I have since transitioned to the tech industry, where I worked at INTEL as an Activity Lead in
the Talent Acquisition sector, and as a Deputy Business Intelligence Team Leader in the
Business Intelligence industry. I recently completed my EMBA from Kellogg-Recanati. During
this time, I provided consulting services for initiatives to bridge gaps for the Arab community in
Israel. One notable project I contributed to was the CIB-Career Impact Bond “Heznek Haglil”
aimed for the Druze young people.
In the past two years, I Co-founded two businesses. The first is JobLee, a Tech Recruitment and HR As a
Service company, dedicated to diversifying the Israeli tech industry by promoting opportunities for the Druze, Arabs and female professionals. Simultaneously, I'm Co-founding and building Bayanat-Up, a market research business focused on the Arab business ecosystem. This venture aims to illuminate a critical gap in market intelligence.
My unwavering commitment is to drive positive change by leveraging my expertise, particularly in empowering underrepresented communities. I am eager to share the story of the Arab and Druze integrations in the tech industry with more groups, and I see these visits in my settlement as an excellent opportunity to do so. I would be more than happy to welcome additional opportunities to convey my message.
