Nour Dassouky is an urban planner and a social entrepreneur born and raised in Jaffa. She works as an urban renewal process planner at People and is completing her Master’s at the Hebrew University in urban and regional planning, where she researches mixed cities in Israel. Previously, she worked at the Task Force on Arab Citizens of Israel, facilitating educational programs and philanthropic engagement by American Jewish leaders with Palestinian citizens in Israel. The Task Force on Arab Citizens of Israel is an educational resource center on Arab citizens and Jewish-Arab relations in Israel created by a coalition of major American Jewish organizations. Programs with Task Force Speaker Fellows are designed to foster honest exchange, mutual learning and meaningful engagement for groups with any level of familiarity with Arab society in Israel.
