Nurah Husyesi is a chef who specializes in Druze cuisine. She worked for five years at the exclusive Carmel Forest Spa Resort and has cooked alongside some of the top chefs in Israel including Chaim Cohen who encouraged Nurah to open a restaurant in her home in the Druze village of Dalyat El Carmel.
