Brigadier General (Res.) Doron Gavish is engaged in technology, international entrepreneurship, business development, and investment activities within the private sector. Gavish also collaborates with large international commercial groups, supporting them in gaining exposure to innovative Israeli technologies. He serves as a director of several Israeli startups and organizations, including Shenkar Engineering, Innovation and Design, as well as the Gesher Organization. Doron is also the Chairman of TLI Accelerator and a member of the leadership team at Vetted, a U.S.-Israeli venture capital and accelerator platform. Additionally, Doron is frequently interviewed by Israeli and international media and delivers lectures to private businesses and organizations, as well as to foreign government delegations. In his previous role, Brigadier General Doron Gavish served as Director General of the European Mission of the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD), based in Paris, France, the highest-ranking position within the Israeli defense establishment in Europe. As part of his responsibilities, Gavish promoted Israeli defense technologies in the European market and worked closely with both Israeli and European defense industries. Prior to his mission with the IMOD, General Gavish served for 30 years in the Israeli Air Force, holding various command positions. In his final position, he served as Commander of the Israeli Air Defense Forces, overseeing Israel's pioneering multilayered missile defense system and successfully leading the integration of the Iron Dome system into Israel's defense architecture. In this role, General Gavish made a significant contribution to the development of Israel's multilayered national missile defense strategy. Currently, in his reserve duty, Gavish serves as the Commander of the Israeli Task Force for Ballistic Missile Defense, responsible for coordinating with U.S. ballistic missile defense assets deployed in Israel and across the region to enhance Israel's defense capabilities. which has proven highly effective in defending Israel during the war with Iran and the Iron Swords War.
