Israel-is is a nonprofit that connects international audiences with Israel through the most powerful medium we know: real people. We believe that the best way to understand Israel is not through headlines, but through face-to-face encounters with the young Israelis who live its complexities every day. Our network brings together a remarkably diverse group of Israelis — Jewish and Arab, secular and religious, from the center of the country and from the periphery, including communities on the Gaza border, as well as reservists, students, entrepreneurs, and young leaders from every corner of Israeli society. Through open, honest conversations, shared experiences, and personal storytelling, participants move beyond politics and stereotypes to discover the human stories behind the country.
