Aaron is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Park Square Executive Search. He provides executive talent management counsel to CEO’s, boards, and investors on a global basis. He has worked with leading private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, as well as growth oriented public companies. Prior to Park Square, Aaron was with J. Robert Scott, a global executive search firm. Aaron is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities. Aaron and his wife Lauren have two children, Sophie and Sammy.
