Yuval is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department as well as head of the firm’s Asia practice and global co-head of the firm’s Hospitality, Lodging & Gaming Group. Yuval is a general corporate and securities lawyer with diverse experience in cross-border mergers & acquisitions (public, private, debt, and equity), long-term joint ventures, private equity real estate, and real estate finance. Yuval grew up in Israel and has spent most of his career between New York and Hong Kong. Yuval lives in Brooklyn with his wife and his three sons.
