Founded and manages SALA Capital Partners, which focuses on private equity investment advisory.  Prior to that, spent 15 years at Apax Partners in Israel focusing on control buyouts and some minority growth equity investments.  Served as a board member of leading Israeli companies including Tnuva Food Industries, Max Stock, Psagot Investment House, Attenti and Infiniti Labs R&D. Prior to that was a NY-based investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.
