Emily joins as Chair of the Launchpad Committee, bringing more than 20 years of senior operating experience across leading global asset managers. Most recently, she served as COO of AIA Labs at Bridgewater Associates, where she helped launch a $2B AI-first global macro fund. Emily’s track record of building teams, scaling platforms, and turning strategy into execution will be a major asset as itrek accelerates innovation.

Jim joins as Chair of the Finance Committee, bringing decades of leadership as a CEO, senior software executive, and trusted board leader across the Jewish nonprofit ecosystem. His deep expertise in governance, financial stewardship, and institutional growth will be instrumental as itrek strengthens its foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.
