About

Arsen Ostrovsky is a leading human rights lawyer and pro-Israel activist. Arsen currently serves as CEO of the International Legal Forum, an Israel-based NGO and global coalition of lawyers, who have been at the forefront of combating antisemitism and terror, and standing up for Israel in the international legal arena, especially after the October 7th massacre. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Jerusalem-based Misgav Institute for National Security, headed by former National Security Advisor Meir Ben-Shabbat, where his research focuses on International Law, Human Rights and International Organizations. Arsen has previously addressed the United Nations, U.S. Congress, the British Parliament, and has presented at other high-level venues around the world. He has also been intimately involved in the proceedings against Israel before the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Arsen is a highly sought after commentator on topics ranging from international law, Israeli – Palestinian conflict, human rights, antisemitism and Israel advocacy. He also frequently writes in leading news publications, including Newsweek Magazine and The Hill, where he is a regular columnist, and his digital media following reaches tens of millions of users each month. Arsen has been recognized by The Algemeiner as one of the Top 100 people in the world positively influencing Jewish life. More recently, the Jerusalem Post called him one of the most influential Zionist leaders. Arsen is a recipient of the Nefesh B’Nefesh Bonei Zion Prize for outstanding ‘Israel Advocacy’ and in January 2025, was recognized by the Knesset with the ‘Voices of Iron’ Award, as one of the leading advocates for Israel since October 7th. Originally from Australia, Arsen practiced law in Sydney and New York, before moving to Tel Aviv, where he now lives with this family.
