Currently serving as the CEO of Tech2Peace, a nonprofit organization working to build a network of Israelis and Palestinians that develop the high-tech skills, professional opportunities, and mutual understanding needed to work together towards a brighter future, Hela has spent the last 17 years in executive positions in different nonprofit organizations such as the OneVoice Movement, Columbia University, IMPJ, and more both Israel and the US with a particular focus on multinational programs bridging the divides between communities, strategic organizational growth and scaling.
