About

Real Time 7/10 – The October 7th Visitor Center in Sderot Located just minutes from the Gaza border, Real Time 7/10 ("Zman Emet 7/10") is a visitor center operated by Israel-is in partnership with the Sderot Municipality. It offers an unfiltered, immersive look at the events of October 7th, 2023, the darkest day in Israel's recent history. The visit opens with a film projected across multiple screens, followed by multimedia displays and an audio experience built from authentic recordings of that day. At the heart of the center are the VR films of Survived to Tell, an Israel-is initiative that travels the world to show audiences, through the eyes of those who lived it, what happened in southern Israel on October 7th. In Sderot, these testimonies have a permanent home where international visitors can experience them in the place where the story unfolded. Through these stories of unimaginable horror, extraordinary bravery, and enduring resilience, visitors come face to face with the events of that day. Each visit ends with a guided processing session, giving participants space to reflect on and make sense of what they have seen and heard.
