About
Viva Sarah Press has over 15 years experience and expertise covering and working in the start-up scene in Israel. She has given dozens of talks and has written hundreds of articles about the country’s entrepreneurial culture — highlighting its failures and successes alike.
In her talks, Viva shares an inside view of the innovation culture and tech scene, having worked with numerous companies as well as having interviewed tens of founders and CEOs over the years.
A wearer of many hats, Viva works as a UX researcher for a moonshot startup company, teaches journalism and storytelling at Reichman University, and gives lectures on the topics of innovation and Israel. Her other hats include published author, ex-journalist, Scrabble enthusiast and mom to three teenagers.
Viva has a bachelor's of journalism and a master's in human-computer interaction. Born and raised in Canada, she has been living in Israel since 1998. You can read more about her work here: www.vivaspress.com
