Alfred is an Albanian-born entrepreneur currently working on creating a business incubator in his home country, Albania. In previous roles, he helped grow and scale a Boston-based professional sports company from the ground up and worked with senior executives at Deloitte to facilitate the implementation of new technologies. Alfred holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he researched the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic development as an Empower Fellow. During this time, he assembled a cover-to-cover business plan for Besa Innovation Hub, an Albanian nonprofit incubator empowering Albanian entrepreneurs in startup development.
