David Horing joined American Securities in 1995 and is a Managing Member of the active American Securities Partners funds. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Milk Specialties Global, as well as a Director of CPM, MW Industries, Prince, and United PF. Previously, David worked at The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation in Salomon Brothers’ Investment Banking division and at The Boston Consulting Group. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Tauber Institute at The University of Michigan and the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Medicine.
