Debra Fine is the Founder and Chairman of Fine Capital Partners an investment firm fund founded in 2004 in New York City. One of a handful of investment firms owned and run by women, Fine Capital manages U.S. equity assets principally for university endowments and foundations. Debra has served on multiple non-profit boards in leadership positions with a focus on governance, finance and investment committees which focus on global humanitarian relief, education, and poverty alleviation.
