Emily Sharko is a seasoned operating executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and organizational build-out across investment platforms ranging from day-one startups to global asset managers. Known for her ability to scale businesses and navigate complexity, she has guided firms through major transitions including fund launches, RIA registration, tech and talent build-outs, and crisis management. She brings a unique blend of legal training, operational discipline, and strategic leadership to the evolving needs of investment organizations.

Most recently, Emily was COO of AIA Labs at Bridgewater Associates, where she helped launch a $2B AI-first global macro fund. She previously held executive roles at VCP Ventures and Pine Brook Road Partners, where she led firmwide operations and strategic planning during pivotal periods. Earlier, Emily spent eight years at Blackstone in senior operating roles across Tactical Opportunities and Park Hill, where she played a key role in scaling teams, driving culture, and aligning execution with investment priorities.

Emily holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a post-graduate diploma in economics from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on multiple nonprofit and academic boards.
