Isa grew up in Connecticut and attended Amherst College for her B.A. in Psychology, and Cornell for her MBA with a focus in healthcare innovation. At Cornell, she was an itrek co-Leader for 90 of her classmates in 2022. Her father inspired her connection to Israel as he was a lone soldier and helped Ethiopian Jews immigrate to Israel in the 1980s. Isa also served as a lone soldier in the IDF as a combat medic. She now works for Day One Strategy in healthcare research and lives with her husband, Dhiego, in Boston.
