After a long career as a CEO in Silicon Valley, Jim Heeger now works with non-profit organizations that focus on Jewish continuity. Most recently he has served as the Board Chair of the Foundation for Jewish Camp. 

He is a Past Board Chair of Mem Global, the San Francisco Jewish Federation, URJ Camp Newman, a Board member of JAFI and a past board member of JFNA. He has also been President of Hillel at Stanford, Senior Vice-chair of the World Union for Progressive Judaism, and President of Congregation Beth Am. 

Jim earned an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BS in management from MIT. He lives in Palo Alto, California and Lenox, Massachusetts with his wife Daryl Messinger, who is also an active Jewish leader.
