Shai is the Chief of Staff and oversees Global Business Operations at 4M Analytics, a startup focused on accelerating infrastructure deployment. Before this, he honed his expertise at Alvarez and Marsal, participating in multiple interim-COO and interim-CFO teams, specializing in corporate restructuring and turnarounds. Shai’s journey began in the IDF’s prestigious Talpiot program, where he dedicated a decade of service. In 2017, he pursued advanced studies in a dual program at Wharton (MBA) and Harvard (MPA), earning the school’s highest academic distinction – Palmar Scholar. Shai also commands an infantry company in the IDF reserve (Rank – Major) and is a devoted father to Leanne and Michelle.
