Shir is a Senior Associate at a boutique investment bank where he provides strategic advice to corporates, governments and large institutional investors. Prior to that, Shir founded R Growth, an independent strategy and financial consulting firm helping PE and VC funds drive growth for portfolio companies. Shir started his career in investment banking at Evercore and HSBC, where he advised companies on M&A, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives.
