Yuval is the founder of Horn & Co, Law Offices, a leading Israeli practice specializing in the representation of technology companies and their stakeholders. For over 30 years, Yuval has been advising on corporate finance, technology licensing, and intellectual property transactions. He teaches “Entrepreneurship in Life Sciences” at Tel Aviv University Law Faculty and serves on the Advisory Board of the IBA’s Technology Law Committee and on the IRB at Sheba Medical Center.
